Volex plc, a global provider of power and data-cabling solutions, today announces that on Wednesday 3 April 2019, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 90 pence per share. Following this sale, Mr Morris will hold 483,063 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
