Volex plc announces that on Monday 9 March 2020, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,464 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 110 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold 870,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.57% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
