Cycladic Capital LLP have transferred 1,542,794 ordinary shares from the Cycladic Catalyst Master Fund to the Cycladic Archipelago Fund, although the Cycladic Archipelago Fund holding remains less than 3%. Cycladic Capital LLP is the manager of the Cycladic Archipelago Fund (<3% interest) and a managed account for RIT Capital Partners plc (<3% interest).  All of the shares are held by Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees) Limited and The Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited as nominees.  As manager, Cycladic Capital LLP can direct the votes in relation to all of those shares.
