PDMR / PCA Dealing 

Volex plc (AIM:VLX) was notified on Friday 27 August 2021 that Mrs Sharon Molloy, wife of John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 61,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 August 2021, at an average price of 390 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of John Molloy and his wife is 1,372,589 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
