Volex Group p.l.c. the world's leading independent manufacturer of electrical
and electronic cable assemblies and electrical power cords, advises that the
exercise price for the share option warrants in respect of 5% of its issued
ordinary share capital, issued to its principal bankers on the successful
refinancing of its bank facilities, is 160p, this being 110% of the average
share price over the 30 dealing days immediately following the finalisation of
the refinancing on 18 June 2002.
