Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

 

 

Volution Group plc (the "Company", the "Group" or "Volution", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, is pleased to announce that Andy O'Brien will join Volution as Chief Financial Officer Designate on 24 July 2019 and will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer and to the Board on 1 August 2019. Ian Dew, current Chief Financial Officer, will step down from the Board and cease to be an Executive Director on 31 July 2019 but will remain employed by Volution for a period of time to ensure a smooth handover to Andy O'Brien.

 

This is further to the announcement on 10 April 2019 that Ian Dew would retire from Volution and his position as Chief Financial Officer during 2019 and that Andy O'Brien would join Volution as Chief Financial Officer Designate.

 

The information required under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 in relation to Ian Dew's retirement will be made available on Volution's website when he ceases to be an Executive Director.
