Volution Group plc ("Volution", LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that on 4 May 2021 it received notification that Paul Hollingworth, Chairman, received 73 ordinary shares purchased by Barclays Investment Solutions Limited as a result of receiving the Volution interim dividend.  

As a result of this notification, Paul Hollingworth has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 47,693 ordinary shares, which represents 0.02% of the Company's voting share capital.
