The Board of Volvere plc announces that, pursuant to the offer for NMT Group PLC
announced on 14 September 2006, it has issued and allotted a further 15,665
Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each in the capital of the Company (the 'New
Shares'). The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Share
capital of the Company and have been allotted and issued credited as fully paid.
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 6 March 2007.
Following admission, the total issued Ordinary share capital of the Company has
increased to 5,569,275 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each.
