Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company announces that the Board has concluded that for operational reasons, it is beneficial to extend the Company's first accounting reference period to 31 March 2013, and the Company has changed its accounting reference date accordingly. The first statutory financial statements of the Company will be drawn up for the extended period from the date of incorporation to 31 March 2013.
