Trading Update - Opening of US Office

Vox Valor (LSE: VOX) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned UK subsidiary Mobio Global Limited ("Mobio Global") is commencing operations in the United States through its US subsidiary Mobio Global Inc ("MGI").

Mobio Global, a leading mobile marketing agency headquartered in London is expanding its international reach and will be offering its services to US and Canadian clients through MGI's new offices in San Mateo, California. With its high quality standards and advanced advertising technologies, Mobio Global offers solutions to the most challenging mobile application promotion campaigns for its international client base.

Sergey Konovalov, CEO of Mobio Global, has relocated to the United States, where he will be leading the international expansion of the Mobio group and the opening of the San Mateo office.

Sergey Konovalov commented:

"The opening of the US office is the next logical step in our international expansion. Since the acquisition of Mobio Global by Vox Valor in 2020, Mobio Global started its international expansion and became a UK headquartered company.
