The  Remuneration Committee approved on 20 July 2010 the granting by the Company
of  awards under the terms of  the Vp - Long Term  Incentive Plan to each of the
following  directors: JFG  Pilkington -  258,000 notional shares,  NA Stothard -
185,000 shares and MJ Holt - 126,000 shares.

The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during
the period from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2013.
