Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Vibroplant PLC (the 'Company')

Vibroplant PLC received notification on 23 May 2000 that on that day the
Vibroplant Employee Trust ('the Trust') purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at
56.5p per share.  As a result of this purchase the Trust is now interested in
1,489,154 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.2 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

Two non-executive Directors of the Company, Mr B Cottingham and Mr P Parkin
are trustees of the Trust and are therefore deemed to be non-beneficially
interested in these shares.
