Vibroplant PLC (the 'Company')

On 6th September 2000, Peter Parkin, a director of the Company, purchased
25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 57p per share.  Pursuant
to this transaction, Mr Parkin is beneficially interested in 25,000 ordinary
shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr Parkin is a trustee of the Vibroplant Employee Trust (the 'Trust').  In
this capacity, he also has a non-beneficial interest in the 2,039,154 ordinary
shares held by the Trust.
