C SHARE UPDATE

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (ticker: VSL) is pleased to announce that, as at the end of October, the Company had invested approximately 44 per cent. of the net proceeds of its recent C share issue (ticker: VSLC), the result of which was announced on 30 September 2015.

Once more than 90 per cent. of the net proceeds of the C share issue have been invested, the Company will arrange for the C Shares to be converted into new Ordinary Shares on a NAV to NAV basis in accordance with the Articles.

The Company's investments are diversified with exposure to multiple online lending platforms ("Platform") originating consumer and small business loans across the U.S., U.K. and Europe and with which the Company's Investment Manager, Victory Park Capital, has existing Platform agreements.
