Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that, on 30 September 2015, it was notified that the following directors have acquired C Shares in the Company as part of the Company's C Share Issue (the "Issue"), the results of which were announced on 30 September 2015.

Acquisition of the C Shares is conditional on their admission to the London Stock Exchange, expected to occur on 2 October 2015 ("Admission").
