VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC
(the "Company")
DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The Board of Directors of the Company has declared an interim dividend of 1.50 pence per share for the three-month period to 31 March 2017. The dividend will be paid on 22 June 2017 to shareholders on the register as at 2 June 2017. The ex-dividend date is 1 June 2017.
The Company has elected to designate all of the interim dividend for the period to 31 March 2017 as an interest distribution to its shareholders, thereby "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as interest income.
No income tax will be deducted at source from the interest distribution paid on 22 June 2017, or from future interest distributions, on the basis of the legislation contained within the UK Finance Bill 2017, which took legislative effect from 25 April 2017.
