MONTHLY NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE

Net Asset Value

The Company is pleased to provide its monthly net asset value per share ("NAV") update.

As at 31 March 2021, the unaudited estimated NAV (Cum Income) per Ordinary Share (ISIN GB00BVG6X439) was 102.30 pence.

This NAV has been calculated by Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services LLC.

Performance

The Company also announces the cumulative NAV total return performance as at 31 March 2021 as follows:

Monthly Investment Highlights and Factsheet

During the month of March 2021:

v Total NAV return generated for the month was -0.18% and was primarily impacted by the change in the share price of VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings (NASDAQ: "VIH") and one-time expenses relating to the closing of the Company's new gearing facility. Excluding VIH and one-time expenses on the new gearing facility, the total return for the month would have been 1.88%;

v The return consisted of gross revenue returns of 0.97% and gross capital returns of -0.63%. These returns were offset by expenses and fees of -0.54% and other capital returns were 0.02%; and

v The one-year NAV Return for the period from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 is 24.08% and, as a result, there will be no continuation vote proposal at the upcoming AGM.
