The Company has received notification that on 29 May the following directors and their related parties purchased ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 110p per share:

(1) 25,000 Ordinary Shares purchased are held via Lord Marland's SIPP.

In addition, the Company also received notification yesterday that on that day Theodore Agnew purchased 270,000 Ordinary Shares at 110p per share increasing his shareholding to 707,142 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.40 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the above transactions, the Consortium, as defined and set out in the announcment dated 14 May 2008, is interested in a total of 5,700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
