                           Exercise of Share Options


The Company has today issued 10,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 75p per share pursuant to the exercise of options
under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the new
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 12 November 2007.


In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, WH
Ireland confirms that on 12 November 2007 it has 17,200,922 ordinary shares of
5p each in issue.
