The Company has today been advised by Eaglet Investment Trust plc that following
the issue yesterday of 250,852 new ordinary shares of 5p in the Company,  the
Trust's holding of 1,118,334 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company has now
decreased to 6.99% of this class of capital.
