Proposed Dividend Timetable
Further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year to 30
November 2006, W. H. Ireland is please to announce the timetable for the
proposed payment of the final dividend of 3p. As previously announced, W.H.
Ireland is once again offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative in
respect of the final dividend.
Expected Timetable of Events
2007
Shares quoted 'ex dividend' 7th March
Record date 9th March
Posting of forms of election to receive scrip dividend 19th March
Final date for receipt of forms of election 13th April
Payment date 27th April
It is anticipated that further details of the scrip dividend alternative will be
sent to shareholders in line with the timetable set out above.
