WH Ireland Group plc ('the Company') announces that, at the Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') held today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM sent to shareholders were duly passed, with the exception of the following resolutions which were defeatedon a poll:
Resolution 12 to authorise the disapplication of pre-emption rights on equity issues for cash; and
Resolution 16 to adopt new Articles of Association in order to update the Company's existing Articles of Association in line with the Companies Act 2006.
