Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 29 December 2014 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 29,372 ordinary shares (comprising 29,372 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 38.375p.
