Director Resignation

 

 

Walker Crips, the national investment and wealth management group, announce the resignation of Guy Jackson, as Group Director and Head of Group Compliance, from the Group. Guy joined the Group in May 2016 and has played a significant role in overseeing the introduction of an extensive suite of new compliance processes and controls and successfully project managed our MiFID II programme. Guy will leave the company on 8 August 2018.

 

David Gelber, Chairman said, "We want to thank Guy for his valued contribution to the Group. He has made improvements to the structure of our compliance department, business controls environment and strengthened the culture of our personnel to embrace regulation positively across the entire group. He was also key to our delivery of the MiFID II programme. We wish Guy all the best for his future as he seeks other challenges."

 

Guy Jackson said, "I am pleased to have been able to contribute to the strengthening of the Group Compliance team and compliance programme. I would like to thank my fellow Directors, Investment Managers and staff for all their support and assistance during my time at WCG."
