Following on from our Interim Report issued on 10 November 2006 in which
reference was made to the award of a substantial Institutional mandate, we are
pleased to draw Shareholders' attention to today's News Release from HSBC
Investments.  From this it will be seen that Walker Crips Asset Managers Limited
('WCAM') are one of three Fund Management Groups who have been selected to
manage a part of the £444M HSBC Income Fund. It is anticipated that WCAM will
manage approximately £133M of the portfolio's assets.



This mandate will extend materially Funds under Management within the Walker
Crips Asset Managers division and is due acknowledgement of the significant
achievements of our Fund Management Team over the last four years.
