Those for the resolution to declare a final dividend of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 March 2023 include 9,159 votes left to the Chairman's discretion, those for the resolution to renew the Directors' authority to allot equity securities for cash include 10,500 votes left to the Chairman's discretion and those for the resolution to authorise the Company to call a general meeting of the shareholders, other than an Annual General Meeting, on not less than 14 clear days' notice each include 10,900 votes left to the Chairman's discretion.
