TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we
would like to notify the market of the following information regarding the total
number of voting rights and capital in respect of the shares of the Company
which are admitted to trading on The Official List:



Walker Crips has issued share capital comprising 11,729,466 Ordinary Shares of
20p which carry one vote each.



Walker Crips  holds 150,000 of these shares in treasury.



Walker Crips does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.



Consequently Walker Crips's total number of voting rights is 11,579,466 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in Walker Crips, under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
