For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the company
advises that the total number of shares in issue as at the date of this notice
is 11,782,466.



The Company holds 150,000 of these shares in treasury and, therefore, has
11,632,446 shares which carry voting rights  and is the  figure which may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in the Company.
