As part of the commitment to subscribe new ordinary shares by the senior managers of Tilstone Partners Limited pursuant to the share offer set out in prospectus published by the Company dated 5 March 2020, Peter Greenslade had committed to subscribe £75,000 shares in that offer. Due to a misunderstanding that has only recently come to light, his IFA purchased the shares in the market on 9 March 2020, rather than as part of the prospectus offer.
