Dividend Declaration

The Company has declared its first interim dividend in respect of the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 March 2023 of 1.60 pence per ordinary share, payable on 3 October 2022 to shareholders on the register on 26 August 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 25 August 2022.

The dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share will be paid in full as a Property Income Distribution.
