Dividend Declaration
The Company has declared its first interim dividend in respect of the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 March 2024 of 1.60 pence per ordinary share, payable on 6 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 8 September 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 7 September 2023.
The dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share will be paid in full as a Property Income Distribution.
