First day of dealings
Further to its previous announcements, Warehouse REIT plc, the specialist warehouse investor, is pleased to announce the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares at 08.00 today, following Admission to AIM. The ordinary shares will trade under the ticker WHR.
The total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 166,000,000 each with equal voting rights. The total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") is acting as nominated adviser and broker to the Company.

Warehouse REIT has raised gross proceeds of £150 million (£146.8 million net) to invest in a diversified portfolio of UK warehouse assets located in urban areas.
Occupier demand for urban warehouse space is increasing as the structural growth in e-commerce has driven the rise in internet shopping and investment by retailers in the "last mile" delivery sector. The urban warehouse sector offers one of, if not the highest, initial yield of all UK property sectors.
The Company is an alternative investment fund ("AIF") for the purposes of the AIFM Directive and as such is required to have an investment manager who is duly authorised to undertake the role of an alternative investment fund manager. The Investment Manager is currently G10 Capital Limited, whose role will pass to Tilstone Partners Limited ("TPL"), on receipt of the FCA approval. TPL is the vehicle of the management team which assembled the Tilstone Property Portfolio, a hand-picked seed portfolio of 27 assets.
