Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting was duly passed without amendment.
The number of proxy votes received 'for' and 'against' the Resolution and the number of proxy votes 'withheld' were as follows:

The passing of the Resolution will enable the Company to proceed with completion of the Acquisition, as announced on 16 November 2020, which is expected to take place on 8 December 2020.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 7,582,299 new ordinary shares (the "Consideration Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
It is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 9 December 2020.
The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in all respects including the right to receive all dividends or other distributions declared, made or paid by the Company by reference to record dates falling after their respective dates of allotment.
Following admission of the Consideration Shares, the total issued share capital of Warehouse REIT will be 386,927,250 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
