Appointment of Non-Executive Director to the Board
and senior management team appointments
The Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Chabi Nouri to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Company's ESG Committee with effect from 1 May 2022.
Chabi has over 20 years' experience in leading luxury goods companies. Previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Swiss luxury watch and jeweller, Piaget, she has held various senior roles in the luxury sector spanning management, retail operations and marketing, including Global Head of Jewellery, and Head of Retail Operations at Cartier. After seven years with Piaget, Chabi took on a strategic advisory role with the Richemont Group, reporting to its CEO and is currently a Private Equity Partner of Mirabaud and Co-fund manager of the Mirabaud Lifestyle franchise.
The Group is also pleased to announce the following appointments as part of its senior management team: Craig Bolton, currently Executive Director, UK, has been appointed President, Watches of Switzerland Group, UK and Europe. David Hurley, currently the Executive Vice President, US, has been appointed President, Watches of Switzerland Group, North America. In addition, David has been appointed as Deputy CEO of the Group, reflecting the importance of the US market to the growth plans of the Group.

The Group confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
