Water Intelligence announces that on 11 January 2015 the Company was informed by Stanford Berenbaum, a former employee of the Company, that on 9 January 2015 he sold 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 25p per Share to a combination of institutional investors and high net worth individuals.

Following the sale of Shares, Stanford Berenbaum no longer has an interest in the Company.
