Director Dealing
Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), a leading UK developer and constructor of multi occupancy property assets, with a focus on the student accommodation sector, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Grenville Turner, Non-Executive Chairman. The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 24 June 2016.
Grenville Turner has purchased 90,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 106.4 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Grenville has an interest in 340,900 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

· Funding structure - forward sale model reduces risk for Watkin Jones and provides security and visibility of the asset pipeline for investors. The Group has strong relationships with blue chip investors, including a number that are repeat investors in Watkin Jones developments; and
· Asset management - dedicated property management division provides a continued service solution to investors post development completion and completes the 'end to end' business model.
