Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), the UK's leading developer and manager of residential for rent, with a focus on the Build to Rent and student accommodation sectors , announces that it was today notified that Richard Simpson, Chief Executive Officer, bought 49,186 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 May 2020 at a price of 152.46 pence per share, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Richard Simpson now holds 285,510 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
