The Weir Group PLC (the "Company" or "Weir Group") was informed on Tuesday 23 December 2014 that Mary Jo Jacobi, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest in 750 ordinary 12.5p shares in the Company ("Shares") on that day by means of the purchase of 1,500 Weir Group unsponsored American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to 0.5 Shares) at a price of US$14.89 per ADR. The transaction took place in the USA and the 1,500 ADRs will be held by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC as custodian on behalf of Mary Jo Jacobi. This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
