                          Director transfer of shares

The  Company announces that Keith  Cochrane, Chief Executive, transferred 4,324
ordinary  shares in the  Company for nil  consideration to his  spouse on 13 May
2011.

Keith   Cochrane's  total  beneficial  interests  are  120,638 ordinary  shares,
representing 0.05% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
