The Weir Group PLC announces that Sir Ronald Garrick has today exercised his
outstanding executive options over 305,000 ordinary shares in the Company. After
selling shares to pay for the exercise and tax, the total shareholding of Sir
Ronald Garrick and Lady Garrick will increase from 113,916 to 158,916 ordinary
shares.
