Further to the 2002 Preliminary Announcement today, notice is hereby given that
the final dividend of 8.75p per share recommended by the Board will be payable
on 2 June 2003 to shareholders on the register on 2 May 2003.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 15 May 2003.
