of Part IV of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), Aviva plc, consequent upon a
sale of 444,280 shares on 17 March 2006 bringing their holding to 5,976,532
shares representing 2.91% of the issued share capital, no longer have a 
notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
