Transfer of Treasury Shares
The Weir Group PLC ('the Company') announces that on 28 June 2007, 381,936
ordinary shares of 12.5p each held as treasury shares were transferred to
participants to satisfy awards granted on 11 June 2004 under the Group Long-Term
Incentive Plan.
Following the above transfer, the Company now holds 2,898,030 ordinary shares in
treasury and has 208,724,040 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as
treasury shares).
