Publication of Amended Pricing Supplement

The following amended Pricing Supplement is available for viewing:

·        Pricing Supplement dated 5 June 2023 in relation to the USD 80,000,000 Credit Linked Notes (the "Notes") issued by Wells Fargo & Company (the "Issuer") under the U.S.$10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Amended Pricing Supplement").

The Amended Pricing Supplement amends and restates the pricing supplement dated 6 August 2015 in respect of the Notes.
