Wereldhave delisted from NYSE Euronext Paris

as of September 3, 2010

Wereldhave announced its intention to delist its second listing in Paris in May 2010. The decision was based on the fact that a second French listing is no longer obligatory for the French SIIC tax status. In addition, the discontinuation of the second listing will save costs.

The last day of trading on NYSE Euronext Paris has been set at September 2, 2010. Trading in Wereldhave shares will continue on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.
