& Notice of AGM
Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide confirms that its Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice of AGM were posted to registered shareholders yesterday.
Electronic versions of both documents are available on the Company's website - www.wsg-corporate.com.
As is explained in the AGM notice, the Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices Westminster House, Blacklocks Hill, Banbury Lane, Banbury, Oxon OX17 2BS on 25 June 2020 at 11.00 am. Votes may be submitted prior to the AGM by mail using the Form of Proxy or in the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.
In order to comply with the UK Government's COVID-19 measures which restricts, amongst other things, public gatherings of people, the AGM is being convened as a "Closed Meeting" with a quorum of two and other shareholders will not be permitted entry on the grounds of safety. The procedures for proxies and questions are set out in the AGM notice.
In addition, the Company also intends to hold an investor webinar on 23 July 2020 to present to shareholder an update on the Company's activities and trading. Details will be made available on the Company's website nearer the date of the AGM.
