Annual General Meeting

As per the notice of the meeting, the Annual General Meeting of Westminster Group Plc will take place at 10am on 19 June 2013 at the Company's Head Office in Banbury.   Following the meeting shareholders will have the opportunity to take a tour of the facility which is located at:

Shareholders are reminded to bring along proof of identification and if representing a corporate body, the appropriate letter of appointment. Refreshments will be provided.
