Ferry Project Update

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or the 'Company'), the AIM listed supplier of managed services and technology based security solutions to governments and government agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGO's) and blue chip commercial organisations worldwide is providing a further update on its Sierra Leone ferry project.

Whilst transiting between terminals yesterday, the Sierra Queen sustained some minor damage from an uncharted submerged obstacle.  The vessel is now in dock and is being inspected.  It is believed that the damage is limited and any necessary repairs will be undertaken as soon as possible.  The submerged obstacle is being investigated and will be removed or buoyed.

Further updates will be made to the market as soon as information becomes available including any potential impact to the timing of the commencement of operations.
