Westminster Group Plc: New contract Award

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or 'the Group'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, announces that it has secured a new contract for the provision of low voltage systems to a prominent 12 storey apartment building comprising of 234 apartments situated in London.
The contract valued at circa £310,000 has been awarded to Westminster’s subsidiary RMS, a specialist provider of integrated low voltage systems throughout the UK, including Fire & Security Systems, CCTV, Structured Cabling, TV & Satellite Distribution and Wireless Data Distribution Technology.
This contract involves the installation of a wide range of fire, safety and security systems including; CCTV Surveillance Systems, Disabled Refuge Alarms, PC Based Access Control, Video Door Entry Systems, Telephone Cable Installation, a Fire Fighting Telephone System, Fire Alarm System, Automatic Smoke Vent Opening System, TV Distribution System and a Blown Fibre Tube Containment System.
The contract will begin immediately with completion scheduled for 4th quarter 2009
