Results & AGM dates and Contract Update

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or the 'Group'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, will announce its final results for the 12 months to 31 December 2012 on 28 May 2013.  The Group will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19 June 2013 at 11am.  The meeting will be held at the Group's head office in Banbury.

In addition, Westminster is pleased to give an update on contract negotiations:

Westminster has previously announced that it had signed heads of terms regarding a further international airport in East Africa and is able to report that it continues to make good progress through the contractual process.  Discussions are now at an advanced stage.

Westminster is now in discussions with Government authorities on a number of further airport projects in Africa. Whilst, as ever, the result of these contract negotiations can be uncertain as to the eventual outcome and timing, Westminster hopes to be in a position to update the market on these project opportunities in the near future.
